Villa Orea Elena in Santova is surrounded by a beautiful garden and offers a alluring view over the Messinian bay. Feels very remote, but is at walking distance from the areas nicest sand beach.
Wide open spaces in a wonderful architecture will make you feel comfortable in and outside. Three big bedrooms each with its own bath can comfortably host 6 grown ups and 2 children.
More vivid in the summer months this area is also a perfect starting point for exploring the magnificent Mani area all year through.
This Villa was build in the 80s in a evergreen architecture style which makes it unique for the area. Each bedroom is on its own level, giving the feeling of privacy and wideness at the same time.
The house is open towards the garden so in the warm days (which are many in this area) one can fluently switch between in and outside.
It has been build so, that no air-condition is needed, so there is no such installed.
The common areas are wide and capable of hosting comfortably the whole group, while still offering enough space for privacy when required.
The garden is about 4’000m2 and has trees with fruits, spices and vegetables, which you can of course harvest and use in the kitchen while you are here.
